Rates/Hours

Effective January 1, 2023, our hourly rate will be $180 per hour. It is worth noting that the last time we raised our rates was three years ago, and we have been able to maintain a consistent level of service in that time.

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, we worked nights and weekends at the same hourly rate in order to reduce everyone’s exposure to the virus. However, this turned into us working days, nights, and weekends, which has led to burnout and the need for us to work more reasonable hours. To address this, we will be implementing time and a half for overtime starting January 1, 2023, but only with pre-approval.

Definitions

Service hours is all time provided on site, by telephone or remote screen session that occurs Monday-Friday, 8:00AM CT to 5:00PM CT, excluding observed holidays.

Overtime is defined as any time out of this service hour window; before, after, weekends and holidays. Overtime may not be available even if requested.

Staff will ask and receive permission before any overtime work is done. If permission is not secured before scheduled work, it will not be started and will need to be rescheduled.
